Become part of our team! Together we continue to expand our fully automated 300 mm semiconductor production in Dresden:

1. As a MEMS process developer, you are responsible for pre-development of novel unit processes / process modules for highly innovative future sensors in 300 mm.
2. You play a central role in transfer, adaptation and development of new MEMS processes and equipment for our highly automated 300 mm line.
3. In cooperation with internal stakeholders, research institutes for fundamental development and equipment vendors, you pave the way to industrialization and high-volume production.
4. In addition, you will carry out economic feasibility studies and cost comparisons of new processes, technologies and systems under the framework of technical implementation, capacities and future requirements.
5. Furthermore, you plan and execute experiments autonomously, coordinate the necessary analyses and evaluate the results in close cooperation with the team.

Working Practice: Team-oriented, systematic, goal-oriented, decisive.

Experience and Know-How: Several years of professional experience in the field or relevant PhD; very good knowledge in sensor, micromechanics and semiconductor technology; knowledge of relevant analytical methods beneficial; excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships.

Languages: Very good knowledge of English, German advantageous.

Education: Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in engineering or natural sciences, physics, chemistry, material sciences or comparable qualification.
