What does your future job look like?

  • You are the helping hand for employees of well-known DAX-listed companies in case of problems in the hardware and software by e-mail, telephone, chat or ticketing
  • You receive fault reports and inquiries and solve them independently (of course after extensive training and always with access to guidelines)
  • If you can't solve the problem, you can forward it to the next support level

What should you bring with you?

  • Properly enrolled student
  • Fluent in German and good English skills
  • Motivation for a career in the IT service desk
  • Desirable : Initial experience in the service desk / tech support process with remote support for laptops / desktops / LAN problems / application support / small forms etc.
