Description

Powertron GmbH, based in Teltow, was founded in 1990 and it it an important part of VPG team and business. Since then, we have been developing and producing high-precision resistors and high-power resistors for our customers. With our products we offer a wide range of solutions for various markets such as medical, energy, metrology, military and aerospace.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for the next possible date for an employee (m / f / d) for process monitoring and quality assurance for production to support our production. In particular to further optimise production processes to ensure an effective production process.

Your tasks

• Analysis of existing production processes and derivation of suggestions for process optimisation including implementation of improvements to existing processes
• Supporting the production manager
• Recording weak points in production
• Creating drawings for auxiliary equipment for production using CAD systems
• Creation of documentation for the areas of process and quality
• Test execution including conception, design and documentation
• Technical support in the processing of customer requirements
• Support and monitoring of the global EHS system

Requirements

Your competences

• An engineering degree in the field of electrical engineering / electronics or a comparable field of study
• Ideally 5 years of experience technological experience in the production of passive electronic components and CAD systems
• Previous knowledge of the ISO9001 : 2015 QM system is desirable
• Goal- and result-orientated way of working
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Very good communication skills as well as a high degree of responsibility and the ability to work in a team
