The EU PE team is a group of operational leaders driving process stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement for the EU Customer Fulfilment Network. This team is essential to establish best-in-class process performance across all different direct and indirect processes, accelerate implementation of technological advancements, and strengthen the technical acumen and process knowledge for operational leaders across the Fulfillment Center (FC) network. EU PE ensures operations teams are equipped with the functional expertise to successfully deliver expected gains from technology advances and network-wide process improvements.

  1. Working on Back to Basics (B2B) initiatives to identify top opportunities in the FC compared to other EU FCs, starting from the bottom 50% processes, and implementing improvement plans in collaboration with local Operations Management.
  2. Overseeing the FC improvement program, focusing on critical areas aligned with FC Senior Leadership, analyzing process performance, and converting insights into tangible improvements.
  3. Collaborating with central PE functions and regional Site PEs for benchmarking and process expertise.
  4. Driving network best practice implementation, capturing and scaling FC innovations, and ensuring major projects are included in the Operating Plan.
  5. Deploying all EU network initiatives to the FC, ensuring timely execution and compliance, supporting test and pilot phases to avoid delays.
  6. Partnering with FC Ops by participating in daily Gemba walks, organizing weekly meetings with FC leadership, and building strong relationships for initiative buy-in.
  7. Supporting or leading EU Projects to expand scope and coordinate multiple FCs, enhancing project management skills and stakeholder engagement.
  8. Supporting site management operations as needed, with an estimated 0-10% travel within the area of responsibility.
