Qualifikationen

How to contribute to our vision

For our Nacelles Technical Support & Technology Transfer (TS&TT) department within SGRE, we are looking for a Process Engineer with focus on Technology Transfer coordination. Our department is supporting both the Onshore and Offshore platforms during serial production and technology transfers, making it important to be structured, conscious about quality and have a technical understanding to work within different environments and with different mindsets.

Amongst many things, the main responsibility of the department is to support all the production lines in factories, setup and lead task forces, lead the 8Ds, coordinate the technology transfer projects of various products between sending and receiving plants, ensure smooth startup of the receiving factories as well as organizing the training of all the key participants in the production.

In close collaboration with various stakeholders from the Nacelles Corporate Operations manufacturing facilities, you will be coordinating and implementing technology transfer projects for Onshore and Offshore projects.

Key Tasks:

  • Lead and coordinate Technology Transfer projects for serial product platforms (either complete product or partial components) worldwide according to the milestones defined by the Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Lead and coordinate all the technical aspects between sending and receiving factories and ensure a smooth production startup following SGRE procedures.
  • Act as Point of Contact to the PMO and global process engineering department for technical aspects.
  • Escalate risks and track milestone progress with the dedicated project manager.
  • Identify process deviations and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support best practices for Technology Transfer.
  • Support nacelles process area worldwide with expertise in industrial manufacturing processes during serial production to ensure the technical solutions are deployed.
  • Support tasks within Engineering Change Management and implementation of those changes in the production environments.

What you need to make a difference

  • You are passionate about renewable energy and the importance of leading the change.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with more than 3 years of relevant experience within production or the wind industry.
  • You possess leadership or project management skills with experience.
  • You have very good communication and presentation skills in English.
  • You demonstrate creativity and the ability to develop a flexible approach to changing conditions.
  • You have a high team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective stakeholder management skills.
  • You have the ability to thrive and navigate easily in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • You have very good process management skills; Lean and Six Sigma qualifications preferred.
  • You have proven experience in a proactive and self-driven approach to tasks and ownership.
  • You are willing to travel up to 60% of the time.
