Zusammenfassung

Mühlbauer Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and support machines at customer sites across Germany and beyond. You will conduct SAT, train users, and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring smooth production and handover of systems.

The role requires technical education, strong pneumatic and electrical knowledge, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally. English proficiency is essential, German is a plus, with a client-focused approach.

Qualifikationen

• Higher education, secondary technical education, or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of pneumatic systems, sensors, and motors.
• Confident handling of IT equipment and standard software applications.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• German language skills are an advantage.

Jobbeschreibung

Your tasks:

• Installing and commissioning machines at customer sites worldwide
• Conducting Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and ensuring successful machine handover
• Training customers and operators on the proper operation and maintenance of their machines
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues and failures on machines and components
• Providing on-site production support and technical assistance to customers
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on customer machines
• Adjusting and optimizing machines to accommodate different customer products and production requirements
• Ensuring the quality and performance of our machines at customer sites
• Preparing daily service and status reports
• Supporting Sales and After Sales with technical expertise and customer-related activities when required
• Providing feedback to our R&D team regarding technical issues, potential product improvements, and machine optimization
• Sharing market and customer feedback with the Sales team to identify changing requirements and new opportunities

Your profile:

• Higher education, secondary technical education, or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field
• Solid knowledge of pneumatic systems, sensors, and motors
• Confident handling of IT equipment and standard software applications
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
• German language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Open-minded and comfortable working with people from different countries and cultures
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams
