Your tasks

1. Evaluation of existing suppliers and solutions on the market (focus on automation)
2. Benchmarking
3. Defining list of potential suppliers for cooperation
4. Definition of potential areas for automation and improvement
5. Creating case studies / business cases
6. Defining off-shelf equipment for test
7. Coordinating time schedule for equipment testing
8. Creating final test reports
9. Creating technical specifications of new devices or/and systems
10. Creating technical documentation
11. Preparing projects to be handed over to ME and Production
12. Supporting 1st-time plant implementation

Your profile

1. Good written and spoken German and English language skills
2. Knowledge of the harness production and processes will be a plus
3. Knowledge and experience in designing automation processes
4. Excellent knowledge of how to create technical specifications
5. Skills to technically communicate with suppliers
6. Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and requirements
7. Analytical and presentation skills
8. Leadership skills considered as an advantage
9. Readiness for business trips
