For our location in Großbeeren near Berlin, we are looking for a Process Engineer (m/f/d).

Unlike Business Process Excellence Engineers, in this specialized role, you will support production as part of a team of process engineers and lean experts by planning, managing, and implementing continuous improvement projects.

YOUR FURTHER ROLE:

• You will be jointly responsible for technical standards such as process flow charts, dashboards, time measurements, and technical drawings.
• You will support the creation of feasibility analyses and business cases by analyzing current intralogistics processes, identifying bottlenecks, and developing solutions to improve the overall efficiency of the fulfillment center.
• You will support project management in improvement projects within a specific area of the fulfillment center and help organize the project using standard documents such as project plans and stakeholder management.
• Ideally, you will already be able to apply lean management philosophy to all your projects.

WHAT WE WANT:

• A degree in a STEM field (logistics, engineering, economics, industrial engineering, or similar).
• Initial experience in logistics/intralogistics or engineering is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management methods and lean tools; experience with agile management is a plus.
• Confident communication skills in written and spoken German and English; knowledge of additional languages such as Polish is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented, communicative, and a structured approach to solving complex situations.
• Proactivity, independence, and a sense of responsibility characterize your profile.
