Job summary

X-FAB sucht am Standort Dresden einen Prozessingenieur Lithografie (m/f/d) zur unmittelbaren Verstärkung unseres Teams. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Ihren Prozess, analysieren Ergebnisse und arbeiten eng mit dem Process Integration Team sowie unseren Anlagen-Spezialisten zusammen.

Sie standardisieren und automatisieren Prozessabläufe und Dokumentationen, bestimmen relevante Kennzahlen, evaluieren Daten und tragen zur Optimierung sowie zum Technologietransfer zwischen Standorten bei.

Qualifications

• Universitätsabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Informatik, Physik, Chemie oder einem verwandten Fach.
• Erste Berufserfahrung in der Halbleiterfertigung.
• Programmierkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit großen Datenmengen.
• Teamarbeit und klare Kommunikation in Deutsch oder Englisch.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für Prozess, Prozessfluss und Ergebnisse.
• Problemlösung zusammen mit Process Integration und Anlagen-Spezialisten.
• Prozesse standardisieren und dokumentieren, um Freiraum für morgen zu schaffen.
• Kennzahlen der Produktion und Anlagenanalyse ableiten und Daten bewerten.
• Prozesse optimieren und Technologietransfer zwischen Standorten unterstützen.
• Neue Prozess- und Regelungstechnologien in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen entwickeln.
• Sorge tragen, dass benachbarte Teams sensibilisiert und qualifiziert werden.

Process engineer Lithography (m/f/d)

Do you want to help shape the future? On our playing field at the Dresden site, we are looking for a new process engineer to start immediately in the lithography process engineer.

Your Pitch

• Take responsibility for your process, your pitch and your results
• Solve problems together with your teammates of process integration and our equipment specialists
• Standardise and automate processflows and –documentations to create space for tomorrow
• Determine production and plant-specific key figures and analyze and evaluate process-related basic data
• Optimize your processes and collaborate in technology transfers between different locations and in the implementation of customer-specific requirements
• Develop new process and control technologies in cooperation with other departments
• Don´t impress on your own, but ensure that adjacent teams are sensitised and qualified

Your Profile

• You lead by example, you take responsibility to score the goal, but also pass at the right moment
• You have electrical engineering, electronics, information technology, physics, chemistry or a related field of study in your blood and in the form of a university degree in your pocket.
• You have knowledge or first work experience in semiconductor manufacturing
• You shine with programming experience and the virtuoso handling of large amounts of data arouse your curiosity and not your flight reflex
• You know the difference between project management and project controlling
• You can communicate your concerns clearly and comprehensibly in German or English in an interdisciplinary environment
• You have understood that teamwork is not a buzzword, but the key to joint success
