Your mission

As a Process Engineer for Water Technology, you will be the leading expert on water treatment within our organization. Your mission is to develop, optimize, and implement cutting-edge processes that meet our technical and sustainability needs. You'll shape our water systems from the ground up, making strategic decisions that impact the entire production chain.

This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with executional drive. You'll manage projects from concept to commissioning and guide stakeholders along the way.

Your profile

Your Role

• Design, develop, and optimize advanced water treatment processes for industrial applications.
• Lead experimental setups to validate process improvements and innovations.
• Own projects end-to-end, from concept development through commissioning and documentation.
• Conduct experiments, collect data, and troubleshoot systems on-site.
• Analyze water quality data and implement process adjustments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams and system descriptions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source or co-develop water treatment solutions that meet operational and environmental standards.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
• Provide guidance across teams and establish benchmarks for excellence.
• Develop creative solutions when standard approaches are insufficient.

Your Profile

• Degree in process, environmental, chemical engineering, or related field.
• Experience in industrial water treatment, membrane technology, or separation processes.
• Success in managing complex engineering projects, preferably in production or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with process simulation and optimization software.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Structured, analytical, and team-oriented mindset.
