For the position of Process Engineer A320 VSM at our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, we are looking for an analytically minded personality who quickly grasps technical contexts, works in a structured and results-orientated manner and impresses with clear communication at all levels. Help shape efficient processes in one of the world's leading aviation companies.
Depending on qualifications, the gross annual salary is between € 82,500 and a maximum of € 85,400. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks
- Evaluation of new topics and initiatives in terms of their impact on the industrial value chain
- Identification of risks, opportunities and efficiency potentials
- Development of well-founded recommendations for action with multifunctional teams
- Establishing and maintaining a global network of relevant key people and experts
- Promoting cross-divisional collaboration to integrate diverse perspectives
- Establishing standardised methods and processes for industrial assessments
- Ensuring best practices, lessons learnt and continuous improvement
- Representing the interests of Chief Industrial in process and methodology design within Airbus
Requirements
- Completed studies in engineering, economics or a technical field
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing engineering, project management and process optimisation
- Sound expertise in change management
- Knowledge of 3D applications and initial experience in programming is desirable
- Confident handling of SAP, experience with Google Workspace an advantage
- Business fluent in German and English (at least C1), knowledge of French is an advantage
- Unrestricted work permit for the European Union
