Process Development Digitization Manager – Graduate Entry (m/f/d)

In this role, you will:

• Enhance injection molding processes, including scaling up operations across the 5M.
• Integrate innovative technologies into our products.
• Lead our digitization initiatives in collaboration with various R&D and PS functions.
• Assess new technologies and product concepts, including functional prototypes.
• Work on data collection, contextualization, visualization, and analysis, aiming to transition from descriptive to predictive data models.
• Support the upskilling of the process technologies team in smart process control and data science.

You should have:

• A Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or equivalent).
• Basic skills and a passion to grow in Modelling & Simulation, Applied AI, Cloud Computing, Digital Process Control, or related fields.
• Excellent academic results and social engagement.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership drive, and passion for developing smart process technologies.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse international teams, embracing creativity, innovation, curiosity, and initiative.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
