Support the responsible Senior Consultant in the development and maintenance of global mandatory LH Accounting Process and Control requirements under IFRS17 and IFRS9
- Contribute to maintaining relevant documentation in collaboration with all stakeholders in RIA and international organizations (e.g., ICS).
- Provide input on the structural efficiency of the global LH accounting organization and monitor its costs.
- Lead global projects and working groups, assuming responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with international organizations to review concepts and implement changes.
- Guide and support local Life and Health reinsurance accounting units to ensure alignment with global IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 processes, controls, and regulations.
- Maintain and improve processes and controls with central valuation and reporting teams.
- Conduct internal and external training on accounting and closing topics.
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration with specialization in accounting or insurance business administration.
- Several years of accounting experience, preferably with knowledge of international accounting standards.
- Knowledge and experience with IFRS accounting processes, especially IFRS 17 and IFRS 9.
- Interest in collaborating across interfaces, especially within international organizations.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with eagerness to address complex issues.
- Willingness to handle challenging topics in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work effectively in international teams.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Experience with Process Modelling Tools (e.g., ADONIS).
- Excellent command of English.
- Willingness to travel.
