The group "Projects, Processes & Tools" leads strategic projects within the Carl Zeiss SMT R&D organization, focusing on the development and implementation of processes, methods, and tools.
Your roleAs a Process Architect, you will actively shape SMT's end-to-end process landscape. You will be responsible for systematic mapping, architectural design, and continuous improvement of processes. In addition, you will take on project leadership roles and drive strategic initiatives related to processes, organization, and tools.
