ZEISS Group is seeking a seasoned IT leader to shape the IT landscape for semiconductor manufacturing technology. You will lead software developers and architects, drive data exchange and data management initiatives for SMT processes, and collaborate with the product team on application solutions.

Required are a strong software background, leadership experience, and fluency in German and English; knowledge of Scrum/Kanban and Azure-based tools is essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent university degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics.
• Experience in disciplinary leadership of software developers, software architects or DevOps engineers.
• Practical experience implementing software development projects as a developer or software architect is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban and related tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Solid technical background in software development, e.g. .NET/C#, Java, Angular and/or cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to inspire others.
• High initiative, team spirit and flexibility.
• Very good German and English skills.
