Process Definition & Standardization
Define, document, and optimize maintenance planning and execution processes (Level 3 to Level 5) in compliance with industry regulations.
Develop standardized process templates to be deployed across global production sites.
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
Master data definition and migration
Define, implement, and maintain data object definition, comprehensive data policies and governance frameworks.
Oversee and manage data cleansing activities to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Lead data migration efforts during business transformation projects, ensuring smooth and error-free transitions.
IT Template Design & Implementation
Lead the design, testing, and implementation of the IT template (S/4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management) to support maintenance processes.
Collaborate closely with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and process alignment.
Oversee pilot testing, troubleshooting, and iterative improvements during the rollout phase.
Global Deployment & Collaboration
Act as a liaison between the business transformation team, global production sites, and local maintenance teams.
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of new processes and IT solutions.
Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Project & Change Management
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications across multiple international sites.
Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
Report progress, challenges, and outcomes to program management.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Informatics, Maintenance Management, Engineering Management or related field.
Extensive experience in plant maintenance and maintenance planning within regulated industries (Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences).
Proven track record in defining and implementing maintenance processes (Level 3 to Level 5) and IT rollouts.
Experience in designing, testing, and implementing IT templates using S/4 HANA or comparable non-SAP solutions.
Demonstrated success working on global transformation projects, managing processes across multiple production sites.
Expertise in (master) data management, including data governance, data cleansing and data migration processes, demonstrated in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or a similarly regulated industry.
Experience with condition-based maintenance or predictive maintenance concepts is a significant advantage.
Deep understanding of maintenance planning methodologies and best practices in regulated environments.
Strong technical skills related to IT system implementation and integration within a maintenance context, especially SAP Enterprise Asset Management.
Familiar with change management, project management tools, and process optimization techniques.
Understanding of processes integrated into plant maintenance, especially spare part management, purchasing and controlling.
Familiarity with data management tools, software platforms, and best practices, in particular pertaining to SAP products.
