About the Role

The Process Architect will be responsible for conducting ASPICE assessments for Automotive Division programs, ensuring adherence to HARMAN’s Business Management System for ASPICE L3 compliance. The incumbent must have a strong drive for quality, coaching teams to reduce costs related to quality, and supporting standard process definitions and adherence across programs.

What You Will Do

  • Lead internal and external ASPICE assessments as a certified Lead Assessor.

  • Support teams in assessment preparation as a Co-Assessor.

  • Manage assessment reports and maintain documentation in the repository.

  • Conduct ASPICE training sessions for teams.

  • Analyze lessons learned to identify patterns and improve processes.

  • Coach teams on non-conformance resolution and maintain SPICE Level 2 compliance.

  • Define and improve standard processes within the Business Management System.

  • Manage process improvement initiatives and review process artifacts.

  • Support process piloting, rollout, and training material development.

  • Maintain process modeling tools and support traceability tool implementation.

  • Provide ASPICE input for RFQs and coordinate with customers.

  • Organize assessor meetings and manage training and certification records.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • INTACs certification as a Competent Assessor for Automotive SPICE.

  • 10-15 years of experience in software development and implementing CMMI-DEV or Automotive SPICE Level 3.

  • Knowledge of industry standards like CMMi, SQIL, and ISO9001.

  • Strong negotiation and coaching skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams.

  • Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Additional certifications like SQIL, cybersecurity assessments, or experience with assessment tools.
