About the Role

The Process Architect will be responsible for conducting ASPICE assessments for Automotive Division programs, ensuring adherence to HARMAN’s Business Management System for ASPICE Level 3 compliance. The incumbent must have a strong drive for quality, coaching teams to reduce the cost of quality, and providing global support for standard process definitions within the Automotive Division.

What You Will Do

  • Lead internal and external ASPICE assessments as a certified Lead Assessor.

  • Support teams in external assessments and preparation as a Co-Assessor.

  • Manage assessment reports and documentation in the appropriate repositories.

  • Conduct ASPICE training sessions for program teams.

  • Analyze lessons learned to identify patterns and drive improvements.

  • Coach teams on resolving non-conformances and maintaining Level 2 compliance.

  • Define and improve standard processes based on assessment feedback.

  • Manage process improvement initiatives and review process artifacts.

  • Support process piloting, rollout, and training development.

  • Maintain process modeling tools and support traceability tool implementation.

  • Provide ASPICE-related input for RFQs and coordinate with customers on quality requirements.

  • Organize assessor meetings and manage training and certification records.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.

  • INTACs certification as a Competent Assessor Automotive SPICE.

  • 10-15 years of industry experience with hands-on software development and implementing CMMI-DEV or Automotive SPICE Level 3.

  • Knowledge of industry standards like CMMI, SQIL, ISO9001, and Automotive SPICE.

  • Strong negotiation and coaching skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams.

  • Understanding of business requirements and technical implementation of distributed services.

  • Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Additional certifications such as SQIL, cybersecurity assessments, and experience with audit tools like Sharpen 360 TRACE.
