Satair in Hamburg is seeking a Process and Performance Manager to join our Third-Party-Logistics Management Inbound team. You will drive inbound and inventory process improvements, partner with logistics providers, and shape our transformation initiatives across Hamburg sites.

Ideal candidates have a logistics degree, several years in supply chain roles, and strong data analytics skills with SAP and Skywise. English and German fluency is required; hybrid/part-time options are supported.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in supply chain logistics, inventory controlling, lean methodology and KPI management.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or Value Stream Analysis, ideally within the aviation aftermarket or manufacturing industry.
• Practical experience with core operational systems (e.g. SAP) and data analytics tools.
• Business fluency in English and German.
• This role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders across Satair and Airbus.
• Capture and analyze material management data using G-Suite, Skywise and SAP datasets for data-driven decisions.

We are looking for a Process and Performance Manager (m/f/d) to join our team ‘Third-Party-Logistics Management Inbound’ in Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel to the earliest possible start date. We are a team with diverse profiles co-developing inbound and inventory processes across our Hamburg logistics sites, driving continuous operational improvement and logistics transformation in an international setup.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

People & Culture: Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion and high performance in an international setup

Process Improvements: Analyzing and improving inbound and inventory processes together with our logistics service provider to ensure high quality and performance

Performance Management: Defining, implementing and following up on performance recovery and continuous improvement measures

Logistics Transformation: Developing layouts, processes, equipment and tools along our logistics transformation in Hamburg with a primary focus on our Fuhlsbüttel site, alongside Wilhelmsburg

Partnership and Collaboration: Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders across Satair and Airbus

Data & Analytics: Capturing and analyzing material management data using G-Suite, Skywise and SAP datasets for data-driven decision-making

ABOUT YOU

• Educated with a Bachelor or Master’s degree level in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• Several years of professional experience in supply chain logistics, inventory controlling, lean methodology and KPI management
