Jobbeschreibung

The role of the Pro Lead Artist is to drive sales and target KPIs through securing sales & artistry centric training activities with stores and retailer HQ, developing field team members and retailers’ staff, as well as achieving sales objectives for assigned region.

They must have a passion for people and service, with experience in retail, artistry, and education. The candidate must be strong in both sales and education, with the ability to recruit, consult and build a sale while maintaining ABH standards. The Pro Lead Artist will elevate events and trainings at store level by delivering high level facilitation (small to large scale) and coaching the team in the moment.

They should possess effective communication skills, execute timely reporting practices and build collaborative relationships. The Pro Lead Artist is responsible for driving strategy and results for their focus retailer and/or partner. Excellence in client service, artistry and working in an entrepreneurial environment is critical to the success of this role.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Responsible to support the achievement of retail sales plan and corporate KPI for the region.
  • Executes high level trainings and events as a key facilitator.
  • Delivering best-in-class education to elevate brand awareness and drive sales, both digitally and in-store.
  • Responsible for securing a wide range of events in partnership with stores and retailer HQ and boosting sales objectives associated with these events.
  • Responsible for developing the ABH field team on artistry, product knowledge, sales and communication with clients and retailers’ staff.
  • Adhere to the ABH expense policy.
  • Uphold ABH Dress code guidelines, while consistently evolving looks to reflect current trend.
TIME BREAKDOWN
  • 80% of work time (~128 hours) is spent in-store, focusing on events facilitation and leading to drive retail sales, customers consultations, services & sales and supporting team development in the region.
  • Office time is approximately 32 hours (4 days) per month.
  • Should any business need require a different time breakdown (e.g. more than 128 hours spent in-store, or more than 32 hours / month spent in office) this will be communicated punctually by the Regional Education Manager EMEA and flexibility is expected.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Fluent in German, English – business level.
  • Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
  • +5 years of cosmetic retail experience, preferably in training and education roles, with a focus on driving sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with managerial roles, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop others through feedback and hands on engagement.
  • Driven to achieve results, self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions based on sales analysis.
  • Track record of developing teams both in person and through virtual training.
  • Must be open to feedback and have a solution-oriented approach.
  • Memorable, positive, and professional presence.
  • Proficient in filming and editing EDU videos.
