This hire will be a spearhead for the growth of their DACH presence and has a clear path of progression. They have a very flexible mandate across Private Equity Investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and execute primary, secondary private equity, and fund of fund investments across Europe.
• Lead due diligence processes and develop investment documents.
• Perform extensive analysis and oversee portfolio management activities.
• Mentor and manage junior team members throughout the investment process.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in private equity fund investments across either Fund of Fund, Secondary, or Direct Investments.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent academic background as well as top written and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a small team and lead junior members.
• Strong passion and understanding for investing and private markets.
