Job summary

Flynn and Chase, a European investment platform, seeks an Associate to join its digital infrastructure team in Frankfurt. The hands-on role offers exposure to the full deal process and close collaboration with senior management across new investments and the existing portfolio.

You will assess opportunities, build and review financial models and valuations, support due diligence, prepare investment committee materials, and coordinate with advisers and financing partners.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant investment experience
• Background in private equity, infrastructure investing, investment banking, or related field
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
• Genuine interest in digital infrastructure and technology-enabled assets
• Comfortable with both detailed analysis and broader commercial questions
• Clear communication and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
• Fluent English is required
• Able to work from Frankfurt and travel as needed

Job description

We are working with an established European investment platform looking to add an Associate to its digital infrastructure team in Frankfurt.

The team invests in businesses and essential assets supporting the continued growth of the digital economy. Its areas of interest include data centres, fibre networks, connectivity infrastructure and related platforms. The wider investment platform manages more than €4 billion and has a strong record of investing across European markets.

This is a hands-on investment role with exposure to the full deal process. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members and management teams across both new investments and the existing portfolio.

The role

• Assess new investment opportunities across digital infrastructure

Candidate profile

• Approximately 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Background in private equity, infrastructure investing, investment banking, transaction services or a closely related field
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
• Genuine interest in digital infrastructure and technology-enabled assets
• Comfortable working across both detailed analysis and broader commercial questions
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
• Fluent English is also required
• Able to work from Frankfurt and travel when needed
