Investment Intern | Digital Infrastructure

DTCP is an independent investment management firm with more than 2.5 billion euros in assets under management and more than 60 professionals.

With a focus on digital transformation, the firm invests across two strategies: DTCP Growth, which invests in leading software companies through its latest fund Growth Equity III (GE III), and DTCP Infra, which invests in European digital infrastructure through Digital Infrastructure Vehicle II (DIV II). DIV II aims to invest in excess of €1 billion in digital infrastructure assets across Europe, focusing on mobile access (towers), fiber, and data centers.

We are looking to hire motivated interns (m/f/d) for our Digital Infrastructure team in Frankfurt.

Based in Frankfurt, the intern will help the firm source and execute new investment opportunities and support our existing portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Screening and summarisation of investment opportunities
• Market research and analysis
• Financial modelling and data analysis in Excel
• Creation of information materials for internal and external purposes

Applicants should have completed at least their 4th semester of academic studies with top grades, be passionate about digital transformation and have a deep interest in analysing different business models and financial statements. Prior experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, and/or transaction services is expected.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• German, or a second European language, is a plus
