Flynn and Chase seeks a highly analytical Private Equity Associate in Hamburg with a strong quantitative background and interest in software investments. You will conduct financial analyses, valuation modeling, and due diligence to support investment decisions, while collaborating with senior team members on investment theses and value creation initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong grades in Mathematics.
• 2-4 years of M&A experiance.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Native or fluent proficiency in German is essential; strong command of English is also required.
• Demonstrated interest in private equity, venture capital, or the software industry through internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
