Blue Yonder is a leading supply chain software company seeking a highly experienced Principal Solutions Advisor to join our Sales team.

The Principal Solutions Advisor will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients during the sales process, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain solutions and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Scope
  1. Make recommendations on whether to qualify in or out of an opportunity to the VP/CVP Pre-Sales.
  2. Educate prospects and create a compelling business case for Blue Yonder Solutions by demonstrating how to elevate their business.
  3. Engage with executives and contributors at prospect companies to understand their industry and business processes, map issues to solutions, and develop recommendations that address business objectives, clearly articulating the business impact.
  4. Conduct site surveys, interviews, and research using industry & solution knowledge bases, public sources, or other resources to hypothesize key business issues.
  5. Develop a deployment roadmap for the recommended solution, maintain expertise in BY Solutions, and understand competitor strengths/weaknesses and industry trends.
  6. Present clear and compelling arguments to differentiate BY offerings, including software demonstrations, quantifying business impacts, and developing value propositions.
  7. Possess deep knowledge of all solutions within the domain and good knowledge outside the domain.
  8. Able to articulate the value of end-to-end solutions.
  9. Provide coaching and training.
  10. Lead end-to-end solution architecture and complex sales.
  11. Support other sales efforts as a Subject Matter Expert when not the lead.
  12. Assist in driving opportunities to close, focusing on date and value.
  13. Fluent in English and another European language.
