ATech is hiring for a Lead / Principal Software Engineer to join an AI startup with more than $140M in funding (Series A). The company aims to reimagine enterprise software from the ground up by building the next-generation ERP platform tailored for the AI era.

Founded in 2020, this company has grown to 130 employees across offices in the US, UK, and Germany. It is an exciting time as they push to define and implement next-gen ERP systems with AI.

After several years operating under the radar, the company has quietly landed major customers and is now gearing up for their next big leap: integrating powerful AI features into their product. This is a perfect moment to join as they transition from proven traction to AI-driven innovation.

What You'll Do :

1. Build features end-to-end primarily on the backend, with some exposure to the frontend using TypeScript & React.
2. Apply cutting-edge AI and LLM technologies to develop intelligent, user-friendly tools.
3. Rapidly prototype and iterate on features based on usage data and customer feedback.
4. Work in a fast-paced, product-driven team with ambitious technical goals.
5. Contribute across the stack using technologies like TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, and more.
6. Possess a Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
7. Have a strong software engineering background, ideally in building scalable systems from scratch.
8. Experience in backend development (APIs, data pipelines, scalable services) with TypeScript, Java, or Python (Rust is a plus).
9. Some frontend experience with React.
10. Experience or strong understanding of applying LLMs and generative AI.
11. Product-minded: Care about the impact of your work on users and the business.
12. Comfortable working in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
13. Fluent in English (German is a plus).
