We’re seeking a visionary Principal Software Engineer (all genders) to architect and drive the development of our flagship cloud-native AI product. Activities

• You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product’s technical direction, influencing engineering teams, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, including steering groups within our parent company.
• This is a functional leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. The position reports to the Head of Engineering.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software architecture and technical leadership of larger engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, microservices, CI / CD, cloud platforms).
• Strong background in frontend and backend web development (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python).
• Solid understanding of the automotive domain, especially autonomous driving, robotics, and computer vision.
• Knowledge of autonomous driving scenarios, simulations, and safety is a plus.
