About the role:

As a Principal Project Manager at Serrala Group, you will manage the complete lifecycle of large, international projects focused on North American clients, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing. Your focus will be on financial software implementation across various business areas.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage project teams of consultants, cloud support, and developers.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts.
• Set up complex projects, manage invoicing and payment issues.
• Assign resources and tasks, monitor progress, review work, support team members, and resolve issues.
• Document and communicate progress, gaps, errors, and issues to stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, risk and issue matrices, and stakeholder updates.
• Monitor project budgets and timesheets.
• Consult with potential customers on solutions and approaches.
• Support sales cycles and create Statements of Work (SOW).
• Work with customers on software implementations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Configure and implement software based on SAP standards and Serrala products.
• Focus on customers with a significant North American presence.
• Support sales activities in North America.

What makes you excel in this position:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, plus five years of progressive experience in project management or related roles.
• Experience with SAP-FI module, including Global Cash Application, Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Electronic Bank Statement, Lockbox, EDI, SAP Payment Advice, and related configurations.
• Experience managing multi-year, complex projects and budgets, including risk analysis and mitigation.
• Experience working with international teams across different time zones.
• Fluent in Business English.
