We're hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead a 0 to 1 New Initiative – a critical role at the heart of innovation at FREENOW. You'll work in a diverse, collaborative, and motivated team that values excellence and fun.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for the new initiative.
• Use intuition, research, and data to drive decisions, measure product performance, communicate impact and get buy-in from senior executives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and data science to define an ambitious product strategy, develop and maintain a prioritised product backlog, and deliver great user experiences.
• Be extremely customer-centric and able to empathise with customer pain points.
• Apply first-principles thinking to challenge the status quo and break down complex problems into smaller, solvable parts.
• Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go-to-market activities across marketplace products.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the team\'s work is clearly understood and supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including at least 2 years as a Senior or Principal Product Manager.
• Previous experience in launching 0 to 1 products and making them successful.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or multi-sided marketplaces is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English; German language skills (spoken and written) are a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Deep empathy for users and a strong drive to identify and solve their pain points.
• Strong commercial mindset; customer-focused, collaborative, and outcome-driven.
