Principal (m / f / x) Enterprise Architecture Car Sales

As a Principal (m / f / d) Car Sales Architecture, you will lead and be responsible for strategically relevant topics and products from a technical perspective. You will oversee the strategic orientation of your department, monitor market trends, drive initiatives based on these insights, and empower your team.

In this role, you will serve as an inspiration in the field of architecture, actively promoting knowledge exchange within your team, across departments, and within Mercedes-Benz Group AG.

You will analyze our current IT landscape and business processes within the car sales domain, developing a strategic roadmap for future IT solutions and architectures.

Ensuring the integration of our products into Enterprise Architecture Management and adhering to its standards also falls under your responsibilities.

You will enhance the application of strategic measures in our products and ensure transparency regarding their impact.

Working closely with stakeholders at various levels and organizational units, you will align and advance our vision.

To modernize our system landscape, you will design and implement projects in collaboration with business and IT teams, proactively communicate potential improvements, and measure the success of strategic initiatives using data.

Your Profile

You possess extensive experience in software development within an enterprise environment, including enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or similar technical leadership roles.

You can demonstrate practical success in enterprise architecture transformations and modernization in technologically diverse environments.

You are an expert in traditional and modern enterprise architecture practices and familiar with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Your excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels, especially at the interface between business and IT, distinguish you.

You have strong business partnering skills, enabling you to build a personal network within Mercedes-Benz Group AG and work collaboratively and respectfully within this ecosystem.

You are characterized by flexibility, assertiveness, resilience, and commitment.

Fluency in German and English is required.
