As a Principal GUI Developer, you will:

• Take responsibility for software-related issues and work to find effective solutions.
• Analyze data to identify potential weaknesses or problems with the software.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop action plans for creating new software.
• Oversee initial software deployments and updates to ensure smooth implementation.
• Supervise Engineers responsible for writing code for new software and updates.
• Train other Engineers on software development or project-related tasks.
• Assist with the design, coding, and debugging of software as needed.
• Participate in leadership meetings to contribute to corporate strategy.
• Provide support for existing features and enhance the legacy code base.
• Continuously research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.

YOU:

• Demonstrated experience in developing pixel-perfect macOS/iOS applications.
• Strong proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch.
• Extensive experience in SwiftUI/AppKit.
• In-depth understanding of the macOS/iOS SDKs.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Strong oral communication skills to train, coach and collaborate with other staff.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and algorithm complexity analysis.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them to various projects as needed.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, results-oriented, and responsible team player with a desire for research and development.
• Leadership skills to direct the activities of other Engineers and provide effective coaching and training.
