Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a project management professional to coordinate multi‑department activities for new product introductions and order fulfillment. You will champion the NPI process, lead cross‑functional meetings, and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

You will maintain project plans, communicate risks and milestones to executives, and ensure timely delivery while escalating conflicts for quick resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related field experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in project management or NP I related roles.
• Experience coordinating cross‑department teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of multiple departments for new product development and orders.
• Lead internal/external communications for the project using the NPI process.
• Support continuous improvement of the project management and NPI process.
• Schedule and organize all project meetings; record minutes and actions.
• Develop and update project schedules and plans.
• Report risks, schedule, and costs at business reviews and steering committee.
• Escalate conflicts to the manager promptly for resolution.
• Coordinate cross‑department activities and manage resource requests.
• Keep departments updated with meeting minutes and action items.
• Establish guidelines, formats, and templates for PM group.
