HIMA Group is seeking a Principal Engineer R&D PCB to lead complex, multi-layer PCB designs with EMC compliance for prototypes and production. You will develop and verify library components, translate development requirements into robust hardware, and collaborate across Purchasing, Manufacturing, Testing, and external EMC labs.

The role demands a degree in electrical engineering and several years in PCB design, with strong circuit knowledge and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional PCB design experience with CAD tools (Cadence preferred).
• Strong knowledge of circuit and hardware design principles.
• Experience with EMC, signal integrity and high-speed memory interfacing; familiarity with EN 61131-2 and IPC guidelines.
• Proficient written and spoken German and English.
