HIMA Paul Hildebrandt GmbH in Brühl sucht eine erfahrene Elektroingenieurin bzw. einen Elektroingenieur zur Hardware-Entwicklung industrieller Elektronik.

Sie arbeiten an analogen und digitalen Schaltungen, erstellen Schaltungsdiagramme und unterstützen das PCB-Layout, wählen Bauteile aus und führen Toleranzanalysen durch. Sie definieren und führen Hardware-Tests durch, entwickeln Baugruppen unter EMC‑Anforderungen und bringen Ihr Fachwissen in Designreviews, FMEA und Dokumentation ein.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Disziplin.
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Hardwareentwicklung.
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung industrieller Elektroniksysteme.
• Kenntnisse in ECAD-Tools für Schaltungsentwurf und Simulation.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse analoger und digitaler Schaltungen.
• Erfahrung mit Prozessoren und Peripherie.
• Kenntnisse EMC‑Design von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse funktionaler Sicherheit (IEC 61508/ISO 13849) von Vorteil.

Responsabilités

• Entwicklung analoger und digitaler Schaltungen
• Anfertigung von Schaltungsdiagrammen und Unterstützung beim PCB‑Layout
• Auswahl und Qualifizierung elektronischer Bauteile
• Durchführung von Berechnungen, Simulationen und Toleranzanalysen
• Definition und Durchführung von Hardwaretests
• Entwicklung elektronischer Baugruppen im EMC‑Bereich

Responsibilities

• Development of analogue and digital circuits
• Preparation of circuit diagrams and support with PCB layout
• Selection and qualification of electronic components
• Implementation of calculations, simulations and tolerance analyses
• Defining and carrying out hardware tests
• Development of electronic assemblies in compliance with EMC requirements
• Support with design reviews and FMEA activities
• Creating technical documentation
• Collaboration with firmware, software, mechanical and manufacturing teams
• Support with prototype construction, verification and transition to series production
• Analysis and rectification of faults arising from development, production and field returns

Requirements

• A successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or a comparable discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in hardware development
• Experience in the development of industrial electronic systems
• Experience with product development processes and development standards
• In-depth knowledge of analogue and digital circuit design
• Experience with processor technology and associated peripheral circuits
• Knowledge of the simulation and verification of electronic circuits
• Proficiency in using ECAD tools for schematic design and circuit simulation
• Experience in using electronic measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers and logic analysers
• Ideally, knowledge of EMC-compliant device design
• Knowledge of functional safety is an advantage
• Knowledge of functional safety (IEC 61508, ISO 13849)
• Experience with PLM and requirements management systems
