Job summary

h.a.l.m. elektronik gmbh is seeking an Electronics Engineer/Technician (m/f/d) for hardware development to accompany prototypes from design to production. You will design and commission prototypes, create circuit layouts, and document findings.

The ideal candidate has a state-certified technician qualification or a degree in electrical engineering, plus experience with hardware development and familiarity with Eagle and Eplan. Strong analytical skills and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• State-certified technician or electrical engineering degree.
• Experience in hardware component development and measurement systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

Your essential tasks and responsibilities

• Design and commissioning of prototypes, product revisions, and measurement and testing equipment
• Conducting evaluation measurements according to specifications
• Creating digital and analog circuit layouts
• Drawing circuit diagrams for devices and systems
• Analyzing and troubleshooting errors and fault patterns
• Optimizing existing hardware components
• Transferring developed products to production, the project department, and product management
• Creating and maintaining product documentation

Your profile

• State-certified technician (m/f/d) or a degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the development of hardware components, measuring instruments, and systems is desirable
• Solid knowledge of creating circuit diagrams using Eagle and drawing wiring diagrams in Eplan is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
• A dedicated, organized, and independent work style
• Reliability, the ability to work well in a team, and high quality standards, particularly regarding measurement accuracy and documentation
• Good written and spoken German and English (technical English) skills
