Traild is a high-growth SaaS company redefining how finance teams operate by combining AI, automation, and payments infrastructure for B2B finance. We are seeking a senior technical leader to set the platform direction and own the cloud footprint, with a focus on reliability, performance and cost across GCP/AWS.

You will drive developer experience through CI/CD tooling, observability, and streamlined deployment processes, collaborating with a global team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Led a small engineering team or been the most senior engineer and remained technical.
• Deep production-scale cloud infra experience on GCP or AWS.
• Fluent in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD and observability with clear opinions on best practices.

Aufgaben

• Set the technical direction and roadmap for Platform and build the case directly to dependent teams.
• Own the reliability, performance and cost of Traild’s GCP footprint, including networking, compute and storage.
• Improve the developer experience: CI/CD pipelines, build and deploy tooling, observability, and reduce day-to-day friction.

Who You Are:

• You have led a small engineering team, or been the most senior engineer on one, and stayed technical throughout.
• Deep experience with cloud infrastructure at production scale, on GCP or AWS.
• Fluent in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD and observability, with defendable opinions on what good looks like.
