Zusammenfassung

Traild is seeking a talented Solution Engineer to lead ERP integration projects and provide exceptional ERP support. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to deploy, support, and enhance our AP automation solution, focusing on ERP implementations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with Acumatica and Syspro, a strong understanding of ERP systems, and excellent communication skills. Remote or hybrid options are available as part of our global growth.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support client implementations of Traild’s AP automation platform with Syspro and Acumatica.
• Assist the sales team to demonstrate how Traild can assist a prospect to streamline automate and protect their accounts payable.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and provide tailored ERP/AP solutions.
• Provide exceptional technical support to clients, particularly with escalated issues or complex ERP-related inquiries.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, technical notes, and knowledge base articles.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Success, and Technology teams to ensure customer success and solution excellence.
• Stay up to date with the evolving ERP platform and contribute to improving Traild’s integration capabilities.

The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?

We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Solution Engineer to join our Solutions team. You’ll play a key role in leading ERP integration projects and providing exceptional ERP support to customers.

You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deploy, support, and enhance our AP automation solution, with a focus on ERP implementations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Deep expertise in Syspro AND Acumatica

• A strong technical background with SaaS or ERP products

• A customer-first mindset and outstanding communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support client implementations of Traild’s AP automation platform with Syspro and Acumatica

• Assist the sales team to demonstrate how Traild can assist a prospect to streamline automate and protect their accounts payable.

Who You Are:

• Comfortable working remote or in a hybrid team setup, which involves flexibility and adaptability.

The base salary range for this position is:

• U.S. Candidates: USD$100,000 - $115,000

• Canadian Candidates: CAD$100,000 - $110,000 per year

Compensation is determined based on experience, education, and geographic location. The final offer may vary within the stated range to reflect the candidate’s qualifications and market conditions in their area.

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
