Infineon Technologies in Munich seeks a Principal Engineer to drive the agentic software development architecture for enterprise-scale embedded systems. You will define an agentic harness and design workflows to enable agent-assisted code generation, data ingestion, and robust AI integration across CI and engineering pipelines.

You will work closely with embedded engineers, staying ahead of AI trends, and ensuring safe, auditable AI practices for customers.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 6+ years of experience in AI software development or applied ML/NLP.
• Experience with LLM workflows for software engineering, agent frameworks, RAG systems.
• Strong Python skills and data pipeline experience.
• Familiar with vector databases or knowledge graphs.
• Comfortable working alongside embedded engineers.
