Qualifikationen

• Degree required in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 6+ years of embedded software/firmware verification, validation, debugging, or system engineering.
• Strong knowledge of verification methods across simulation, unit/integration testing, HIL/target testing, and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for embedded software (e.g., GitLab CI).
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash); working knowledge of Docker and Git.
• Experience with reproducible builds, artifact management, and traceability.
• Familiarity with agentic software generation and verification challenges (non-determinism, prompt/model drift, evaluation metrics).

• Ensure autonomous, self-correcting software agents produce traceable results with predictable, repeatable quality.
• Integrate simulation, unit tests, target/HW tests, and regression suites into the agentic workflow's feedback loop and quality gates.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for agent-driven builds and test execution -for both the agents and the generated code.
• Maintain a reproducible, traceable build environment , including artifact/version management and retention.
• Define, operate, and monitor the deployment pipeline for agents and the agentic workflow solution in a continuous delivery model.
• Partner with the agent design team and internal users to maximize verification effectiveness and outcomes.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science , or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in embedded software/firmware verification , validation , debugging , or system engineering
• Strong practical knowledge of verification methods across simulation, unit/integration testing, HIL/target testing , and regression testing
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for embedded software (e.g., GitLab CI)
• Solid scripting/coding skills for test automation (e.g., Python, Bash); working knowledge of Docker and version control (Git)
• Experience with reproducible builds, artifact management, and traceability
• Familiarity with agentic software generation and typical verification challenges (non-determinism, prompt/model drift, evaluation metricS)
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with agent designers and internal users ; clear communication and structured problem-solving
