Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of embedded software/firmware verification, validation, debugging, or system engineering.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for embedded software.
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash; working knowledge of Docker and Git.
• Experience with reproducible builds, artifact management, and traceability.
• Familiarity with agentic software generation and verification challenges.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Design and implement verification for an agentic workflow solution that generates production-quality embedded software
• Ensure autonomous, self-correcting software agents produce traceable results with predictable, repeatable quality
• Integrate simulation, unit tests, target/HW tests, and regression suites into the agentic workflow’s feedback loop and quality gates
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for agent-driven builds and test execution—for both the agents and the generated code
• Maintain a reproducible, traceable build environment, including artifact/version management and retention
• Define, operate, and monitor the deployment pipeline for agents and the agentic workflow solution in a continuous delivery model
• Partner with the agent design team and internal users to maximize verification effectiveness and outcomes

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in embedded software/firmware verification, validation, debugging, or system engineering
• Strong practical knowledge of verification methods across simulation, unit/integration testing, HIL/target testing, and regression testing
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for embedded software ("e.g., GitLab CI")
• Solid scripting/coding skills for test automation ("e.g., Python, Bash"); working knowledge of Docker and version control (Git)
• Experience with reproducible builds, artifact management, and traceability
• Familiarity with agentic software generation and typical verification challenges (non-determinism, prompt/model drift, evaluation metricS)
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with agent designers and internal users; clear communication and structurred problem-solving
