Job Description

Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Engagement Manager, you will lead a delivery team to ensure successful customer outcomes, utilizing your leadership skills and the ServiceNow Create methodology. Responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery team and setting the overall vision
• Collaborating with sales, partners, and customers to understand and address challenges and deliver value
• Applying ServiceNow Create methodology to promote engagement success and long-term customer satisfaction
• Serving as the main contact for internal teams, customers, and partners to facilitate collaboration and decision-making
• Establishing program governance to manage scope, schedule, costs, and objectives
• Developing risk management plans and resolving issues proactively
• Mentoring team members to achieve project goals
• Supporting sales during the sales cycle as the project implementation expert

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience with AI integration in workflows and decision-making
• Implementation or operation experience with the ServiceNow platform and relevant certifications
• At least 8 years of experience in professional services or equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMI)
• Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification (desirable)
• Ability to lead projects independently
• Strong understanding of technology and problem resolution skills
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn
