As aPrincipal Digital Strategist, you will guide our strategic customers through their digital transformation journey with Adobe. You'll help them envision a future beyond today's scope, crafting lasting value and partnership.

Position can be based inMunich, Hamburg, Berlin or Remote (Germany)

What you will do

We are looking for an individual with high initiative, a strategic approach, and customer experience strategy talent. This customer leadership role will focus on digital strategy, organizational design, and program delivery.

  • Lead digital strategy and value realisation on Adobe’s largest and most sophisticated services engagements.
  • Build a North Star vision for Adobe customers using your industry expertise
  • Collaborate with executive teams across the customer’s organisation to maximise returns from technology investments
  • Develop strong cases to guide and gain sponsorship for digital programmes.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams to define innovative business use cases driving towards vision realization.
  • Define roadmaps to deliver clients’ optimal state and activation of targeted use cases.
  • Assess organizational readiness and design strategies to realize the required business architecture.
  • Develop organisational change strategies and lead all aspects of execution to secure adoption.
  • Proactively develop Adobe’s POV and customer success plans on critical digital marketing topics.
  • Continually expand Adobe’s relationships and services role within client engagements.
  • Contribute significantly to strategic sales motions, establishing executive relationships and gaining customer commitment.
  • Build a catalogue of measurable Customer Value & Adobe Value stories.
  • Mentor Junior Delivery Consultants and Sellers to evolve Professional Services capability.
  • Act as an Adobe Professional Services brand champion, speaking at events and publishing authoritative content across approved channels.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 10+ years’ experience leading digital strategy and organizational change for a top management consulting firm, industry, top digital agency or top digital marketing consultancy.
  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
  • An entrepreneurial approach with initiative, resourcefulness, risk-taking ability.
  • Consistent track record identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to influence executives, collaborate with customers, partners, and team members.
  • Ability to adapt style and communication to diverse audiences.
  • Required proficiency in German and English, any other European language will be an added plus.
  • Experience in building business case for enterprise digital transformation programs, and defending them with a compelling story.
  • Strong experience guiding customers/partners to adopt new and emerging technologies.
  • Current knowledge of digital marketing and experience solutions, with a keen curiosity about emerging industry trends.
  • Willingness to travel based on business demands.

An added advantage,

  • Strong domain knowledge and experience in 1-2 industry domains like Retail, Travel, Automotive, Banking or more.
  • Hands on business user experience in digital experience solutions in Web Analytics, Marketing Automation, Personalization or Content management.
  • Validated and quantifiable experience retaining and growing accounts.
  • Multiple examples of externally published content on digital transformation topics.
  • PROSCI Change Management certified or any other relevant industry certifications.
