As a principal consultant, you will coordinate all consultancy delivery activities within (1-2) clients and will manage transformation programs, operational excellence, and pathway optimization projects.
This role covers the DACH (Germany, Austria, Swiss Confederation) region and is a remote position. Your home location will be your primary work base, but you will be required to work onsite at client sites across the DACH region regularly and attend meetings at a Medtronic location as needed. As part of the larger EMEA team, there may be opportunities to support other regional teams and work across borders occasionally.
