Responsibilities

  • Lead customer transformation projects for clients.
  • Oversee and ensure the delivery of consulting activities with clients.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to build loyalty and expand the customer portfolio.
  • Manage projects such as:
    • Customer strategy definition and redesign
    • Optimization of omnichannel customer journeys
    • Automation of relational systems
    • Support for new relational channels (chat, video, bots)
    • Outsourcing strategy development
    • Transformation program design and execution
    • Operational model optimization
    • Commercial acquisition system redesign and Voice of the Customer implementation

Business Development

  • Identify targets, conduct exploratory meetings, draft proposals, and develop the customer portfolio.
  • Enhance the firm's notoriety through speaking engagements, thought leadership, and industry participation.

Team Development

  • Support the recruitment, management, and skill development of consultants.

Your Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting, Global System Integrator, or Big 4 firms.
  • Proficient in English and German.
  • Experience in customer experience strategies and operations.
  • Experience and networks beyond DACH are beneficial.
  • Autonomy, boldness, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills at CxO level.
  • Experience in team management and talent development.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
