Your future tasks at synvert Munich:

• Lead roles (e.g., IT-Architect, Tech Lead, Principal Consultant) in data-driven IT projects focused on Azure cloud engineering, including project management and implementation, while building strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery.
• Identify opportunities and risks in projects and successfully create new roles within existing projects.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and persuade customers upon initial interaction.
• Collaborate closely with tech partners to grow the Azure partnership.
• Apply analytical thinking to optimize internal processes.
• Coach practice members, driving the success of the Azure cluster at synvert Munich.
• Collaborate within the synvert group on cloud-related topics.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Cloud/Data Engineering (Azure or AWS).
• Experience managing projects and hands-on implementation of Cloud/Data Engineering projects.
• Excellent programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, Spark); other languages are a plus.
• Strong technical skills in emerging data technologies, especially in Azure big data areas.
• Experience designing and setting up data platforms via Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including security considerations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Information Management, or similar.
• Azure certifications (e.g., Associate, Professional) or proven project delivery experience with Azure.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 30%).
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to Land & Expand within projects.
• Coaching and mentoring skills.
