Job summary

SAP SE in Walldorf seeks an expert SAP SuccessFactors consultant to lead complex HR transformation programmes from design to go-live for enterprise clients. You will drive end-to-end engagements, optimize processes, and implement AI-enabled HR features while aligning with business strategy.

You will work with German and English-speaking stakeholders, mentor delivery teams, and shape change management across large HR programs.

Qualifications

• Certified in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module and led multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Deep expertise in business architecture and translating strategy to delivery.
• Experience applying design thinking to change management and process innovation.
• Fluency in German and English required for this role.

What you'll bring

You are an expert SAP SuccessFactors consultant governing complex HR transformation programmes end-to-end.

• Certified in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module, with a track record leading multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Deep expertise in business architecture — you design process frameworks and connect business strategy to delivery.
• Ability to apply design thinking to lead change management and advise on disruptive HR process innovation.
• Skills in process mining and optimisation — you evaluate industry trends and introduce leading practices.
• Understanding of business process automation and how AI Agents and Assistants in SAP SuccessFactors enable autonomous HR operations.
• Experience with Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, or SmartRecruiters is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English is required for this role.

You will join SAP Successfactors/HCM Services in MEE, a SuccessFactors and HCM delivery team based in Walldorf. The team delivers complex HR transformation for enterprise clients across the MEE region, from Employee Central to AI-powered capabilities. For a consultant ready to lead at scale, this is where the most complex work happens.
