We are seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic Life Sciences team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, gaining market share, and reaching profitability levels in the single-use bioprocessing industry. This role will also foster and build customer relationships, gain greater customer intimacy, and drive our overall value as a strategic partner.What You’ll Do:
Manage sales pipeline and marketing qualified leads to maximize revenue, margin, and market share.
Drive pricing strategies and oversee contract and price negotiations, focusing on effective ASP management.
Monitor, support and manage channel partners, ensuring alignment between Direct and Indirect sales channels.
Recommend alternative sales channels to promote exponential growth opportunities.
Act as the primary point of escalation for resolving customer issues, ensuring key stakeholder visibility.
Provide timely and accurate monthly customer forecasts.
Network at local events, trade shows, and technical conferences.
Collaborate across divisions to leverage Life Sciences technologies, establishing best-in-class customer solutions.
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a technical discipline; MBA preferred.
5+ years progressive sales experience in BioPharm industry.
Strong financial acumen and deep understanding of the market, existing business trends, competitive landscape, market size, target customers, their problems and needs.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills to communicate, influence and lead others.
Technical understanding of customer’s needs and ability to move opportunities from an engagement to an evaluation.
Ability to travel 50% within Europe.
Self-starter who is curious, agile and creative.
