Job summary

DP World seeks an experienced procurement professional in Germany to act as the country contact for daily ocean freight pricing and procurement activities. You will manage relationships with local carriers, suppliers, and logistics partners to secure competitive end-to-end solutions, and collaborate with operations and sales to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, focusing on pricing and procurement.
• Proven ability to negotiate competitive agreements in local markets.

• Knowledge of market regulations and tendering processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with operations and sales.

• Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments, including close collaboration with procurement teams
• Strong understanding of local market conditions, regulations, and logistics infrastructure
