Jobbeschreibung

The purpose of this role is to support the Risk and Analytics agenda within the ADM Commodity Risk Middle Office. The team works to assist the wider commercial team with improving performance while ensuring operational control.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Run and manage the daily risk and analytics reporting package.
2. Assist in expanding the scope and scale of risk and analytics coverage.
3. Provide insights and develop tools to help the commercial teams make informed decisions regarding risk and reward; collaborate with traders to interpret valuations and develop advanced models and analytics.
4. Enhance the risk and analytics technology platform for improved reliability, scalability, and quality.
5. Conduct market research and analyze market trends; provide insights based on findings.
6. Offer financial engineering, structuring, and valuation support as needed.

Required Skills :

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Results-driven and proactive in achieving goals.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and VBA.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Education Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, scientific, or engineering-related field; an advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) is preferred.

Required Experience :

• Experience in a quantitative role within a trading environment or applying advanced quantitative techniques to complex problems.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of risk modeling and the dynamics of linear and nonlinear financial products.
