YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You support our franchisees with the implementation of automated revenue management solutions and consult them regarding their pricing strategy.
• You manage external service providers operationally, commercially and contractually.
• You are responsible for the smooth administration of products and tariffs and act as an interface between our franchise partners and our internal pricing systems.
• You manage the technical implementation of the pricing software for new partners and are available for questions.
• You support the development of internal reporting, carry out ad hoc analysis, and develop holistic solutions for the existing automation of decision-making processes.
• You monitor and analyse the competition, conduct market analysis, derive concrete measures and recommendations out of it, and participate in the further development of our tariff system, having the chance to take on exciting projects.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: You have already gained some experience in Revenue Management or Business Development.
• Education: You successfully completed your university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, Business Mathematics, Business Informatics or similar.
• Analytical Skills: You have a strong understanding of numbers, excellent analytical and conceptual skills, like to do analysis, and are ideally familiar with Excel or similar tools.
• Soft Skills: You enjoy dealing with new topics, especially in pricing, as well as working collaboratively in a team.
• Work Style: You are detail-oriented and work precisely, independently, and in a structured way.
• Languages: You are fluent in both German and English, excelling in communication and presentation skills in both languages.

About the department:
Pricing focuses on market-oriented and margins-optimising product and price management for all business sectors and customer groups in order to create long-term value for the company. The yield management is primarily concerned with maximising revenue through utility and price-oriented management of the fleet and demand. Issues such as planning and composition of the fleet size, predicting the fleet and demand and regulating imports and modulation of vehicles are addressed here. Furthermore, demand adjustments are carried out if necessary through price and availability controls.
